Here are representative examples of CMM solutions that have found wide use in manufacturing facilities.

Coordinate Measuring Machine Fixtures

	CMM Fixture Slide Fixture slides move a workholding fixture from the front of the CMM to the center of the measuring volume.  These are an ergonomic aid which prevents injury to the operator and protects the CMM from part handling damage.
	Bearing Cap CMM Fixture This tool holds an engine set of bearing caps for inspection on a CMM.  The handle is rotated and an accentric clamps all five parts at once.  The clamp fingers are springs which adapt to part thickness variations.
	Transmission Bell Housing Fixture CMM worldholding fixtures support the part for inspection while providing clearance for CMM probe access.
	Drilling Machine This machine drills all the holes for the front windshield and roof supports for a golf cart.

Coordinate Measuring Machine Automation

	CMM Pallet Loader This cart based loader permits a 6,000 lb. fixtured part to be loaded onto a CMM.  This protects the operator from injury and the CMM from accidental damage during part handling.
	Five-Station Pallet Changer This unit stores fixtured parts and loads the measuring machine for inspection.  When the measurements are complete, it unloads the machine and loads the next palleted part in sequence.  Multiple parts and programs are accommodated. Inspection results are downloaded to RFID tag.
	Forging Die Transporter This pallet changer can load and unload a CMM with parts from 200 lb. to 26,000 lb.
	Large Part Pallet Changer This system moved 2,000 lb. parts from a multi-pallet machining center to a high precision CMM.
	Lift and Rotate Pallet Changer Another version of a two-station pallet changer for integrating with a machining line.
	Pallet Reciever This unit adapted a CMM to accept a machining pallet.  Parts went directly from the machining center to inspection.
	CMM Pallet Changer This two-station pallet changer allows the CMM to be measuring while another part is prepared on the second pallet.  The design prevents loading vibrations from being transmitted to the CMM to insure accurate measurements.
